Latis Import Night

Tonight is our Latis Import Night with Brian Duck!

Brian has been in the beer industry for over 20 years, spanning from bartending to distribution to importing. He has worked with over 100 beer brands representing well over 500 styles and flavors. He has been in the metro NY market for 12 years and has worked putting together the menus of some of the highest end restaurants, boasting the biggest chef names, in the world. Brian is currently working for the Latis Import team, a company that was formed for the purpose of importing the PALM Breweries into the US. These breweries include the introduction of PALM Ale to the US (Belgium's #1 selling ale), Rodenbach Flemish Sour, Boon Lambics, and Steenbruuge Abbey Ales, all of which proudly represent medals in the World Beer Cup throughout the years and a big showing in 2012 with Boon Geuze taking the gold and Steenbruuge Triple taking the bronze.

New Jersey Beer Co. Bottle Release Party!

Join us on Saturday, July 14 at 6:00 p.m. for our New Jersey Beer Co. Bottle Release Party! 

It took a long time to get here: Back in 2010, when NJBC first launched the company, brews went on draft in only two locations, one being the Iron Monkey. Wanting to begin bottling, NJBC bought a bottling machine…which immediately broke down, and led to a halt to their bottling production. 

Fast-forward to today. After struggling to keep the business afloat, NJBC aligned itself with supporters and investors and bought a new bottling machine, and is now ready to start providing NJBC bottles to bars and restaurants. They’re offering the first case of bottles to the Iron Monkey, and we’re going to throw them a kick-ass release party to celebrate! 

We’ll have $2 bottles of our favorite NJBC brews, including:

- NJBC Hudson Pale Ale

- NJBC Garden State Stout

- NJBC 1787 Abbey Single Ale

We’ll also have $6 beer buckets, so bring your friends!

Join us on July 4th for a great Independence Day celebration!

We'll have a special menu all day, including

- BBQ roasted chicken
- Monkey triple hot dogs
- Cold seafood penne pasta
- BBQ chicken sandwiches
- Grilled steak
- Monkey nachos
- BBQ baby-back ribs

We'll have $15 pitchers of sangria, $2.50 pints of Anderson Valley Bahl Hornin' Mowkeef and Ayinger Marzen and $5 specialty cocktails.

And until 10:00 p.m., we'll have $10 Growlers of Anderson Valley Bahl Hornin' Mowkeef and Ayinger Marzen!
